Meet Our Team

Carolyn Cade

CEO

Carolyn Cade brings nearly two decades of experience leading complex operations across supply chain, fulfillment, and last-mile logistics, with senior leadership roles at Amazon and Walmart. She has led large, distributed operating networks and owned critical components of the operating P&L, including cost, service, capacity, and peak execution. She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and an MS in Engineering Systems from MIT as a Leaders for Global Operations Fellow, as well as a BS in Aerospace Engineering from North Carolina State University.

Carolyn’s approach sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and leadership. She partners directly with senior leaders to translate strategy into execution by rebuilding planning, execution, and feedback loops; clarifying decision rights; and applying data, modeling, and optimization to improve predictability and performance. She is deeply people-centered in her work, believing sustainable results come from trust, clarity, and ownership

Chris Rallis

Supply Chain & Logistics

Chris Rallis brings over a decade of experience designing and scaling complex supply chain and logistics networks, with senior leadership roles at Amazon Shipping and Amazon Logistics. He led national network design, capacity planning, and routing strategy during periods of rapid growth, including the launch and expansion of parcel pickup and delivery services. His work delivered significant improvements in delivery speed, planning accuracy, and cost efficiency, generating hundreds of millions of dollars in cumulative savings. Chris holds a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he was an SCM Excellence Scholarship recipient.

At Cade Operations Consulting, Chris leads the firm’s Supply Chain & Logistics work. He partners with growth-stage companies, enterprise shippers, and private equity–backed operators to diagnose network complexity and design scalable logistics systems. His focus spans network design, transportation modeling, last-mile optimization, and carrier strategy, helping clients turn data into signal and build supply chains that perform under pressure while supporting long-term growth.

Kelly Neuman

Operations
